Proveer at Quail Creek is a fairly large senior care community located around 2 miles away from Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City. This community earned a place in our top 10 list for offering on-site rehabilitation services to memory care residents. Accommodations in the memory care program consist of studio apartments, each with a private bathroom equipped for accessibility, as well as cable, internet and a kitchenette. Apartments and common areas are kept clean, organized and brightly lit, and they feature large windows and plenty of space for residents to navigate. Scheduled activities for memory care residents include gardening, crafts, fitness classes and casual social gatherings.

Vitality Living Village is a single-story community for assisted living and Alzheimer's care located approximately 8 miles north of downtown Oklahoma City. This facility is included on our top 10 list because of its safety and security precautions for wandering/elopement, which include emergency response pendants and monitoring of all external doors.
